The Commander is responsible for the observance of the laws and usage of the organization.

Quartermaster
The Quartermaster receives and holds all monies, securities, vouchers and other personal property of the Post. Maintains the books and records.

Chaplain
The Chaplain acts as advisor and conultant to the Commander in all matters relating to religion, morals, and morale as affected by religion.

Surgeon
The Surgeon is the chairperson of the Health Committee and shall promote and put into effect health programs for the benefit of the Post and community.

Service Officer
The Service Officer assists members of the Post, their widows and orphans and other worthy cases brought to their attention in obtaining rightful benefits from federal and state governments.

Trustee
The Trustees audit the records and accounts of all committees, officers and members having to do with the receipt and expenditure of Post funds.

Adjutant
The Adjutant prepares all reports required. Keeps books or files of By-Laws, Ritual and Manual of Procedure of the Veterans of Foreign Wars. Records the proceedings of each meeting of the Post.
